Blockchain services provider, Solana Labs recently became the latest firm to expand its presence in the global gaming ecosystem through a long-term cooperation agreement with Krafton, the creator of the popular PUBG game.
Through the collaboration, both companies are planning to assist the development and operation of blockchain and NFT-based games and services. Moreover, Krafton and Solana will jointly cooperate on investment opportunities.

With a strong presence in the international gaming industry, Krafton is planning to increase its Web 3.0 and non-fungible token capabilities. In the past few months, Krafton has announced several partnerships with companies related to NFT, metaverse, and blockchain, including Seoul Auction Blue, XX Blue, and NAVER Z (Zepeto).
