Solana-based play-and-earn game MonkeyLeague has launched a key feature that will roll out further development of its in-game store, CoinQuora has learned. This launch comes with a sneak peek of the MonkeyLeague’s gameplay.
The Pioneers Gear-Up launch is the first major roadmap milestone for MonkeyLeague. Players can now get a glimpse of what the in-game store will be while collecting and stocking free game essentials ahead of the game’s launch.
Aside from the free daily supply packs of all in-game items available to all players, pioneers of the game will receive more perks. According to the MonkeyLeague team, Pioneers Gear-Up will provide early players with a “massive advantage” over other players during the game launch.
The team has also revealed that players can receive a limited amount of energy incentives when visiting the in-game shop. Nevertheless, they clarified that players can earn more items through matches and unlocking high-tier rewards.
The first free game supply claim will also be available on launch, with additional packs dropping twice per week on Sundays and Wednesdays, according to the developers.
The MonkeyLeague team encourages players to link their wallets to the in-game store to access the free rewards. In addition, players will get Player IDs connected to their wallets.
Meanwhile, Monkey NFT owners can start claiming free game supply packs and stock them up for future use, said the team. Non-Monkey NFT holders with at least 200 $MBS tokens may still participate in the weekly free claim.
MonkeyPioneers will have 24 hours to claim their free supply packs. To ensure rewards only go to those who are eligible, NFT and $mbs holders will be subject to wallet snapshots taken hours before the launch of EVERY free claim.
