Perps continue to manipulate Shiba Inu (SHIB), one of the tokens that have the most popular communities in the world of cryptocurrency. Notably, the Shib Army is considered one of the market’s most devoted communities.
Additionally, the Shib Army has made it a mission to get consistent endorsements, educate people, and form global alliances.
Over the years, the cryptocurrency universe has been subjected to a slew of hacks and frauds. Most people who enter the market only focusing on the yield rather than on research are the most common victims of scams.
After Robinhood added support for Shiba Inu, scammers on YouTube have been claiming there is a big Shiba Inu event happening. One Shiba Inu YouTube account launched a live stream with Elon Musk with the title “Shiba Inu: Elon Musk & SHIB holders predict $0.001 per SHIB.”
However, a prominent member of the Shib Army, MILKSHAKE, warned people about the fake live event. Notably, Shiba Inu emerged as a “Dogecoin (DOGE) killer.” With DOGE being Elon’s favorite crypto, he was far from endorsing SHIB or any other asset for that matter.

Furthermore, this wasn’t the first time that Elon Musk was dragged into a scammy video without his knowledge. Along with Musk, former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey was also seen in the Shiba Inu scam video.
At the time of writing, the scam video has already been deleted. Additionally, the Shiba Inu community expressed distress over how YouTube was allowing scammy streams on its platform.
On the other hand, Shiba Inu jumped back into the ETH whale-rich list. As per SHIB emerged as the fourth most purchased coin by the biggest ETH whales over the last 24-hours.
